My Approach

My therapeutic approach focuses on assisting individuals to build healthy relationships with themselves and others.

I believe that compassionate, attentive, and effective psychotherapy can help individuals overcome deeply ingrained emotional difficulties and repetitive patterns.

My long-term psychodynamic and analytically minded therapy approach is tailored to meet your unique needs and goals, helping to navigate through life's challenges and develop healthy coping mechanisms.

I also offer short-term, focused therapy to support individuals in their recovery from alcohol, substance misuse, or other addictive disorders. This approach provides a supportive environment for people to navigate the various recovery pathways available to them.

My Areas of Practice

My educational background started with an Honours Degree in Addiction Counselling from the University of Bath. Since then, I have gained extensive experience as an addiction counsellor in private, charity, and third sector settings, further honing my skills and expertise in the field.

I have since trained as a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and Group Analyst at the Institute of Group Analysis in London, achieving full clinical membership with the UKCP and IGA, and developing my skills to become an individual and group psychotherapist.

Early Life Trauma & Attachment

Personality Disorders & Difficulties
Alcohol & Substance Misuse
Addictive Disorders
