Psychotherapy & Group Analysis
Hello & welcome
Here, you will find a range of therapy options that I offer, with the aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space for each individual to explore their emotions and experiences, helping to gain greater insight into their behaviours, and work towards building healthier relationships.
If you are needing more information about my services and approach please do not hesitate to get in touch.
My Approach
My therapeutic approach focuses on assisting individuals to build healthy relationships with themselves and others. I believe that compassionate, attentive, and effective psychotherapy can help individuals overcome deeply ingrained emotional difficulties and repetitive patterns.
My long-term psychodynamic and analytically minded therapy approach is tailored to meet your unique needs and goals, helping to navigate through life's challenges and develop healthy coping mechanisms.
I also offer short-term, focused therapy to support individuals in their recovery from alcohol, substance misuse, or other addictive disorders. This approach provides a supportive environment for people to navigate the various recovery pathways available to them.
Areas of practice
My educational background includes an Honours Degree in Addiction Counselling from the University of Bath, and since then, I have gained extensive experience as an addiction counsellor in private, charity, and third sector settings, further honing my skills and expertise in the field.
For the past six years, I have been training as a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and Group Analyst at the Institute of Group Analysis in London, where I have developed my skills to become an individual and group psychotherapist.
